Though we concentrate on representation of debtors in bankruptcy cases, we frequently accept cases on behalf of individuals or businesses who are creditors in bankruptcy cases. We also assist our clients suffering from financial hardship in exploring alternatives other than bankruptcy. |

Business Cases: We represent businesses that provide a wide variety of goods and services. We help in establishing and maintaining corporations, LLCs, sole proprietorships, and partnerships. We also assist our business clients in general litigation, preparation of contracts, assistance with tax matters and with other business related matters. |

Criminal Law: We defend individuals charged with misdemeanors and felonies. We represent clients facing a wide variety of charges, including Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUII), Driving While Suspended (DWS), Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (UPCS), Unlawful Manufacture of a Controlled Substance (UMCS), Other Drug Cases, Assault Cases, Theft Cases, Property Crimes, Expungements, and many other crimes, violations, and infractions. |

D.U.I.I. / D.W.S.: We defend individuals charged with Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants, Driving While Suspended, Reckless Driving, and other traffic crimes as well as with traffic infractions. We represent individuals before the Department of Motor Vehicles regarding license suspension matters, also known as DMV Hearings. |

Probate / Estates: We assist individuals with the preparation of wills and simple trusts. We represent personal representatives of estates in probate and probate related matters. We assist in establishing guardianships and conservatorships both for minors and adults. We also prepare Advance Directives, Durable Powers of Attorney, and other estate planning documents. |

Tax Cases: Though we do not file tax returns, we assist both individuals and businesses who are experiencing tax problems. We can help clients with un-filed returns, back taxes, tax liens and levies. We assist with offers in compromise, negotiation, and tax litigation. |
